L’ The oil-mill, property
is managed under the leadership of Renzi G. ,
his three children Riccardo, Cleto and Antonietta,
and make use of a continuous system of two phaseses

crushing the olives with stone edge numa.
The production is mainly reserved to the locality olive
production of the provinces from Rimini and
Pesaro/Urbino,
strictly hand-harvested, worked nithin 48 hours to
ganant an excellent quality level.
The yearly average of the oil-mill service is nearly
400/500 quintales
of excellent olive-oil extra vergine.
From the next campaign , a selection of olives of the
Malatesta hills of Mondaino,
Saludecio and Montefiore Conca will be commercialized in
bottle
of 1 liter and 5 liter. |
